Ingredients
- 2 - rib eye steak sliced across the grain into thin pieces (8 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- MARINADE
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 slice ginger grated, 1 inch piece
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks scallion, chopped
How To Make korean bbq steak with dipping sauce

Step 1Mix the ingredients together for the marinade. Add the steak and let it marinate for at least 4 hours or even overnight.

Step 2Mix the ingredients together for the dipping sauce and place in fridge.

Step 3Heat a grill or pan and add the oil. Sear the steak on each side about 2 minutes or less, depending on how thin you cut the steak. Serve with dipping sauce.
