    rib eye steak sliced across the grain into thin pieces (8 oz each)
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • MARINADE
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    Gochujang sauce
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 slice
    ginger grated, 1 inch piece
  • 2 Tbsp
    dark brown sugar
  • DIPPING SAUCE
  • 3 Tbsp
    Hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    mirin
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    Gochujang
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 stalk
    scallion, chopped

How To Make korean bbq steak with dipping sauce

    Mix the ingredients together for the marinade. Add the steak and let it marinate for at least 4 hours or even overnight.

    Mix the ingredients together for the dipping sauce and place in fridge.

    Heat a grill or pan and add the oil. Sear the steak on each side about 2 minutes or less, depending on how thin you cut the steak. Serve with dipping sauce.
