Ingredients
- - 1 1/2 to 2 cup soy sauce
- - 2 tablespoon sugar
- - 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- - 6 cloves garlic, minced
- - six stalks green onions, chopped, green portion only
- - freshly ground black pepper
- - 5 pounds cross cut short ribs

Step 1in a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the meat and mix well. Add the meat and marinate, turning occasionally for about an hour.

Step 2Grill meat, preferably on a hibachi or other charcoal grill, until meat is done to your liking. Serves 10 to 12 using steak or six if using short ribs
