Ingredients

·1 1/2 to 2 cup soy sauce

·2 tablespoon sugar

·2 tablespoon sesame oil

·1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

·6 cloves garlic, minced
-
·six stalks green onions, chopped, green portion only

·freshly ground black pepper
-
·5 pounds cross cut short ribs
How to Make Korean barbecue
- in a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the meat and mix well. Add the meat and marinate, turning occasionally for about an hour.
- Grill meat, preferably on a hibachi or other charcoal grill, until meat is done to your liking. Serves 10 to 12 using steak or six if using short ribs
