Ingredients

  • - 1 1/2 to 2 cup soy sauce
  • - 2 tablespoon sugar
  • - 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • - 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • - six stalks green onions, chopped, green portion only
  • - freshly ground black pepper
  • - 5 pounds cross cut short ribs

How To Make korean barbecue

  • Step 1
    in a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the meat and mix well. Add the meat and marinate, turning occasionally for about an hour.
  • Step 2
    Grill meat, preferably on a hibachi or other charcoal grill, until meat is done to your liking. Serves 10 to 12 using steak or six if using short ribs
