This is so good and so sloppy you don't have to serve it on a bun... we actually prefer to spoon it over white bread. It's a real man and kid pleaser too!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup red onion, minced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- salt and pepper

How To Make kitty's sloppy joes

Step 1

In medium sized skillet brown meat. Stir constantly

Step 2

Add onion and continue stirring. Adjust heat if necessary so meat does not dry out
Step 3

Stir in ketchup, mustard and water as soon as meat is good and brown
Step 4

Season with salt and pepper
Step 5

Add relish and stir
Step 6

Serve over white bread
