Ingredients

1 lbhamburger (i used 85/15 for more flavor)

1 largepkg of fresh spinach (steamed and squeeze out juices)

1/4 cparmesan cheese, fresh, grated

1egg
-
1green onion, sliced

1/4 cbread crumbs (more if needed)

2 clovefresh garlic, minced

·salt & pepper

3chunks of munster cheese
-
GRAVY
-
1 can(s)condensed cream of chicken soup

3/4 can(s)milk
-
1/4 cfresh grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Kimi's "Muenster" Stuffed Burgers w/Gravy
- Together in a bowl, combine all hamburger ingredient except munster cheese. Form patties into 2 pieces, placing the chunk of cheese and securing well. Pan sear them till brown. Place in a deep 8x8 casserole pan. Combine gravy ingredients together and pour over. Place in a 375F oven for 45 minutes. Serve over cooked rice. (we had fresh green beans w/ham chunks for flavor)
