kimi's "muenster" stuffed burgers w/gravy

Sometimes I get an idea and I run with it. These were a hit!! I put a big chunk of "Munester" in the middle of these burgers. Lots of good veggies in the burger ingredients. I made them big like monster burgers. The gravy over rice was so good. I will definitely make this dish again. I was so ready to try them out that I didn't get a picture of them. Next time....

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger (i used 85/15 for more flavor)
- 1 large pkg of fresh spinach (steamed and squeeze out juices)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
- 1 - egg
- 1 - green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (more if needed)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- - salt & pepper
- 3 - chunks of munster cheese
- GRAVY
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 can milk
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- - salt & pepper
How To Make kimi's "muenster" stuffed burgers w/gravy

Step 1Together in a bowl, combine all hamburger ingredient except munster cheese. Form patties into 2 pieces, placing the chunk of cheese and securing well. Pan sear them till brown. Place in a deep 8x8 casserole pan. Combine gravy ingredients together and pour over. Place in a 375F oven for 45 minutes. Serve over cooked rice. (we had fresh green beans w/ham chunks for flavor)
