Sometimes I get an idea and I run with it. These were a hit!! I put a big chunk of "Munester" in the middle of these burgers. Lots of good veggies in the burger ingredients. I made them big like monster burgers. The gravy over rice was so good. I will definitely make this dish again. I was so ready to try them out that I didn't get a picture of them. Next time....

1 lb
hamburger (i used 85/15 for more flavor)
1 large
pkg of fresh spinach (steamed and squeeze out juices)
1/4 c
parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
green onion, sliced
1/4 c
bread crumbs (more if needed)
2 clove
fresh garlic, minced
salt & pepper
chunks of munster cheese


1 can(s)
condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 can(s)
1/4 c
fresh grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper

How to Make Kimi's "Muenster" Stuffed Burgers w/Gravy


  • 1Together in a bowl, combine all hamburger ingredient except munster cheese. Form patties into 2 pieces, placing the chunk of cheese and securing well. Pan sear them till brown. Place in a deep 8x8 casserole pan. Combine gravy ingredients together and pour over. Place in a 375F oven for 45 minutes. Serve over cooked rice. (we had fresh green beans w/ham chunks for flavor)
