I do this a lot if I'm going somewhere for pot luck. It's super quick and delicious.
I believe it was one of my aunt's that always did this.
I love it and you can broil it and then transfer to a crockpot on low and munch on it here and there. Delicious!!

How to Make Kielbasa Level: Easy

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the kielbasa into round slices and place evenly on a baking sheet.
  2. Place some brown sugar on each piece.
  3. Broil on low until sugar has melted and then just scrape everything off of the cookie sheet into a crockpot for keeping or plates for eating!
