Kielbasa and Cabbage

1/4 capple juice
2 tspminced garlic
3 tspcaraway seeds
1 largehead cabbage, thinly sliced
1 lbpolish kielbasa
3 mediumred potatoes
How to Make Kielbasa and Cabbage
- In a large skillet, fry bacon until browned, remove from pan. Saute onions and garlic in fat until soft, then add juice, sugar, onions and caraway seeds.
- Add cabbage and gently stir. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cube red potatoes and boil in microwave for 5 minutes, drain and add to cabbage.
- Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces and fry in another pan until browned on all sides. Add to cabbage, and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Crumple bacon over top and serve hot.
