How to Make Kentucky Chop Suey
- Brown ground beef and add onions while browning. Drain well and put back in skillet.
- Stir in garlic and onion powders, pepper, and soy sauce.
Stir for about 20 seconds and let beef absorb juice a little.
- Add cooked rice at very last so that it will not soak up all soy and/or any grease that may remain. Serve piping hot with a side salad and some apple sauce. Yum!
