My dad says this is the only thing I can cook that is good, lol but he has NO TROUBLE eating anything I take to him lol

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 - sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- GLAZE FOR TOP
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make kat's meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.

Step 2In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the meat loaf, mix until combined. Do not over mix. Pour into baking dish, form into loaf, however thick you want it ( if you make it more thin you may want to decrease cooking time about 15-20 minutes)Cover with foil and bake 40-50 minutes.

Step 3When meatloaf has been in oven for 35 minutes use a measuring cup to mix glaze up, microwave for 1 1/2 -2 minutes so sugar will dissolve. Take meatloaf out after 40 minutes, remove foil, add glaze to top, leave uncovered and cook another 10-15 minutes
