How to Make KAREN'S MUSTARD BRISKET
- Sift: Flour, Mustard, Salt, Pepper together.
Brown:cover meat with flour cook in olive oil in dutch oven tell browned on all sides remove meat and add onions cook tell soft.
in dutch oven add 3/4 cup flour, cook tell brown add chicken broth bring to boil.
- add meat back in with chiken broth, make sure that it covers the meat if not add more chicken broth.
Bake: at 350 you well know when done when meat pull's apart . about 1 1/2 - 2 hours
