1Sift: Flour, Mustard, Salt, Pepper together.
Brown:cover meat with flour cook in olive oil in dutch oven tell browned on all sides remove meat and add onions cook tell soft.
in dutch oven add 3/4 cup flour, cook tell brown add chicken broth bring to boil.
2add meat back in with chiken broth, make sure that it covers the meat if not add more chicken broth.
Bake: at 350 you well know when done when meat pull's apart . about 1 1/2 - 2 hours
