My youngest son is my cook. This is his version of a meatloaf and it is even better than mine. We thought we would share.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 small diced onion
How To Make kaleb's meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix onion soup mix, bread crumbs, milk, and eggs. Mix well and let set about 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator covered.

Step 3Add onions, ground beef, to refrigerated mix and need until well blended. Form into a loaf shape and put on a 13 x 9 cookie sheet.

Step 4Put loaf in the oven and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done. Let set for 3 to 5 minutes and then cut and serve.
