My youngest son is my cook. This is his version of a meatloaf and it is even better than mine. We thought we would share.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 small diced onion

How To Make kaleb's meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix onion soup mix, bread crumbs, milk, and eggs. Mix well and let set about 10 to 15 minutes in the refrigerator covered.
  • Step 3
    Add onions, ground beef, to refrigerated mix and need until well blended. Form into a loaf shape and put on a 13 x 9 cookie sheet.
  • Step 4
    Put loaf in the oven and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done. Let set for 3 to 5 minutes and then cut and serve.
