Ingredients For kahlua chili

1/2 cvegetable oil

onion, grated

cheddar cheese, grated

2 tspdried marjoram, crushed

2 tspcumin powder

2 tspred cayenne pepper

4 tspsalt

2 Tbsptomato paste

6 Tbspchili powder

1/2 cchopped parsley
-
1 ckahlua
-
1 cgreen pepper, chunked

4 lbground beef
-
4garlic cloves, minced
-
4onions, chopped
-
chopped spaghetti, cooked
How To Make kahlua chili

1In large pot, heat oil.

2Add onions and garlic; saute until transparent.

3Add meat; brown.

4Add remaining ingredients except cheese and onions; mix well.

5Bring to boil.

6Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, for 45 minutes.

7To serve, spoon chili on top of cooked, drained spaghetti in individual bowls and top with cheese and onions.

8Yields: 5 quarts.
