vegetable oil
onions, chopped
garlic cloves, minced
4 lb
ground beef
1 c
green pepper, chunked
1 c
1/2 c
chopped parsley
6 Tbsp
chili powder
2 Tbsp
tomato paste
4 tsp
2 tsp
red cayenne pepper
2 tsp
cumin powder
2 tsp
dried marjoram, crushed
cheddar cheese, grated
onion, grated
chopped spaghetti, cooked

How to Make Kahlua Chili


  • 1In large pot, heat oil.
  • 2Add onions and garlic; saute until transparent.
  • 3Add meat; brown.
  • 4Add remaining ingredients except cheese and onions; mix well.
  • 5Bring to boil.
  • 6Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, for 45 minutes.
  • 7To serve, spoon chili on top of cooked, drained spaghetti in individual bowls and top with cheese and onions.
  • 8Yields: 5 quarts.
