Ingredients

  • 5 medium flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms sliced
  • 2 large green pepper seeded and sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 box frozen steak umms
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • - canola oil
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water

How To Make jumbo philly cheese steak burrito

  • Step 1
    Mix the flour and water together to make a paste. place three tortillas side by side overlapping a bit and brush the flour paste on the overlapped part to stick them together. Place two more tortillas in the middle on top of the three overlapping and brush with flour mixture.
  • Step 2
    In a large skillet place a little oil and saute the onion, mushrooms, green peppers and garlic until softened.
  • Step 3
    Lay provolone cheese over the flour tortillas. Lay the steak over the cheese. Pour the green pepper mixture over the meat. Then pour the cheddar cheese sauce over the top.
  • Step 4
    Preheat oven 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Mix the egg and water and brush the burrito. Bake for 30 minutes and serve
