We make these at least twice a month...best on the charcoal grill with mesquite woodchips :)

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds beef skirt steak
  • 1/2 bottle zesty italian dressing
  • - tony cachere's cajun seasoning
  • - montreal steak spicy seasoning
  • - worcestershire sauce
  • - flour tortillas
  • - salsa, chunky
  • - iceburg lettuce
  • - onion
  • - mexican cheese
  • - taco rice
  • 1 can black beans, canned

How To Make juicy steak fajitas

  • Step 1
    Take a baking pan and cover the bottom with a couple of squirts of the italian dressing and worstershire sauce.
  • Step 2
    Rub steak on each side with seasonings.
  • Step 3
    place steak in baking pan and cover with foil. Let marinate for 3 hours, I usually leave steak at room temperature because it seems to be more tender.
  • Step 4
    While steak is grilling, start your rice....I use taco flavored rice and the last 5 minutes or so i add the black beans, drained.
  • Step 5
    Slice your steak into strips and dress up your fajitas however you like! My husband and I put the taco rice and beans right into the flour burrito shell...yum! enjoy!
