Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef 80/20
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 6 - cubes of velveeta cheese
How To Make juicy lucy burgers

Step 1mix all ingredients except cheese

Step 2Form a patty then add the cubed cheese in the center. Cover with another patty and form into one patty. Cook in pan on stove or grill till burgers are medium well. Can add more cheese on top.

Step 3Serve on a toasted bun with mayo,catsup, lettuce and tomato. Want to kick it up a notch? Thinly slice a yellow onion. Soak in buttermilk with some salt and pepper. Dredge in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry till crispy. Top burger with onion strings and candied jalepenos. YUM!
