Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds hamburger
- to taste - brown mustard
- to taste - a-1 sauce
- 1 package lipton beefy onion soup or mushroom beef soup i prefer the mushroom but it can be hard to find
- 2 - eggs
- - italian bread crumbs or for a twist rye triscuits
- - provolone cheese
- - mushrooms, fresh sliced
- - minced garlic
How To Make juicy burgers

Step 1mix all ingredients except cheese mushroom and garlic

Step 2while mixing ingredients saute mushrooms and garlic then set aside

Step 3form into patties size of your choice In the center of these patties you will press slice if cheese and spoon of mushrooms.

Step 4depending on how "wet" the mixture is you may wanna use the stick free foil while grilling

Step 5Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy
