I've been making these for yrs my son named them when he was very little is not almost 17 and still asks for them

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds hamburger
  • to taste - brown mustard
  • to taste - a-1 sauce
  • 1 package lipton beefy onion soup or mushroom beef soup i prefer the mushroom but it can be hard to find
  • 2 - eggs
  • - italian bread crumbs or for a twist rye triscuits
  • - provolone cheese
  • - mushrooms, fresh sliced
  • - minced garlic

How To Make juicy burgers

  • Step 1
    mix all ingredients except cheese mushroom and garlic
  • Step 2
    while mixing ingredients saute mushrooms and garlic then set aside
  • Step 3
    form into patties size of your choice In the center of these patties you will press slice if cheese and spoon of mushrooms.
  • Step 4
    depending on how "wet" the mixture is you may wanna use the stick free foil while grilling
  • Step 5
    Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy
