Ingredients
- MEAT LOAF
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 can 8-oz tomato sauce (the other half will be used in the sauce)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- SAUCE
- 1 1/2 teaspoons each, salt and pepper
- 1/2 can 8-oz tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
How To Make josephine's meat loaf

Step 1For loaf, mix all ingredients well and form into a loaf. Place in greased loaf pan or 9x13 pan.

Step 2For sauce, mix all ingredients and pour over loaf.

Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
