Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped green peppers
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/3 cup stuffed olives
- 1 - (4oz) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 - 10 1/2 oz can tomato soup
- 1 - 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 can meatless tomato mushroom sauce
- 1 pound broad noodles, cooked
- 2 cans grated american cheese

Step 1Saute peppers, celery, onions and meat in hot butter in large skillet. Add salt; reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in olives, mushrooms, soups and sauces; cook for 5 minutes. Place cooked noodles in 14x10x2 1/4 inch roasting pan; add sauce and gently stir until well mixed. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350^ for 35 minutes.
