    celery, chopped
  • 1 c
    onion, chopped
  • 2 medium
    green peppers, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato paste 6 ounce
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    sliced and stuffed green olives
  • 1/2-1 lb
    wide noodles, cooked
  • 1 lb
    ground beef, browned
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 1 can(s)
    8 ounce tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 lb
    mushrooms, sauteed or two cans
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Johnny Mazetti Italian Jamesetti


  1. Saute celery,onion, and green pepper in drippings or oil till tender. Remove from pan. Brown hamburger. Add tomato products,water and seasonings. Cook slowly for 30 minutes.
  2. Add olives, mushroom and noodles Turn into two 2 1/2 quart casserole dishes. Cover with cheese.
  3. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
