Ingredients
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped
- 1 can tomato paste 6 ounce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup sliced and stuffed green olives
- 1/2-1 pound wide noodles, cooked
- 1 pound ground beef, browned
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sauteed or two cans
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Step 1Saute celery,onion, and green pepper in drippings or oil till tender. Remove from pan. Brown hamburger. Add tomato products,water and seasonings. Cook slowly for 30 minutes.

Step 2Add olives, mushroom and noodles Turn into two 2 1/2 quart casserole dishes. Cover with cheese.

Step 3Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
