seafood seasoning
1 can(s)
mushrooms, drained
4 Tbsp
1/2 tsp
onion powder

How to Make Joey's Grilled Burgers


  • 1Saute mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter.
  • 2Mix ground beef with spices thoroughly.
  • 3Fashion into thin patties (1/4\"); 5 inches in diameter as they will shrink and get \"thicker\" after grilling.
  • 4Grill until desired doneness.
  • 5Garnish with mushrooms, tomatoes, SHARP cheddar cheese and lettuce.
  • 6Serve on an Onion roll.
  • 7Purple onion slices are optional for those who enjoy that sweet onion.
