My husband made these once and now requests me to make them all the time, as do the kids. It's very easy and simple.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    hamburger cooked and drained
  • 1 lb
    block cheese your choice
  • 1 pkg
    tortilla chips
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can(s)
    refried beans
  • 1 jar(s)
    sour cream

How to Make Joe's Nachos

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown and drain the hambuger. Add taco seasoning and follow directions.
  2. Shred your cheese. We use Monteray and cheddar, but you can use what you like. Heat up beans in microwave. We add a little water to make beans more spreadable.
  3. Place chips on plate, add hambuger, beans, cheese, and sour cream. You can put plate in mircrowave for a few seconds to melt cheese. Enjoy!
