1 1/2 coatmeal, uncooked
1/2 csalsa verde
1/2 tspsage, dried
1/4 cevaporated milk
1 can(s)tomatoes (fire roasted)
How to Make Jodie's South Western Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 400* You will need a cake pan 9"
In a large bowl, place ground sirloin, eggs, oatmeal, both salsa's, salt, sage, garlic, and milk..
- Mix thoroughly with spoon or hand (prefer hand)
