Joann made this for her son's birthday. Turned on the crockpot, left for work, and will have for dinner! Along with a chocolate cake...yum!

Step 1

Sear pot roast. Put in crocpot. Saute mushrooms, garlic and onions in butter. Pour on top of roast. Add can of beef broth. Add carrots, celery and potatoes. Turn on low all day until done.
