I found this recipe on recipezaar.com and since my family likes to experiment with different flavors, we decided to give it a shot. The mixture of Caribbean-inspired spices gives it a sweet and spicy flavor that is different but SO good. You might want to cut down on the red pepper flakes if you don't like spicy foods. But if you do don't change a thing. You won't be disappointed.

Ingredients
- 4 - ribeye steaks, 12 ounces each
- 2 tablespoons allspice, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make jerk ribeyes

Step 1Combine all ingredients except steaks in a small bowl.

Step 2Rub seasoning mix on steaks. Place steaks in a large plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 3Prepare your grill for cooking at medium-high heat.

Step 4After marinating steaks for 1 hour, remove from refrigerator and let sit for 15-30 minutes. This step is very important as it allows your steaks to absorb the flavors.

Step 5Grill steaks for about 6 minutes per side. Remove and let rest for approximately 5 minutes before serving. Keep steaks covered to keep warm. Serve and enjoy!
