jeanne's chili con queso
I make this recipe on a fairly regular basis. It's a great dish to make for get-togethers like football parties, poker night, etc. I usually put it in a slow cooker so that I can keep it warm during the event. These photos come from McCormick.com and other internet websites.

How To Make jeanne's chili con queso
-
Step 1Brown ground beef and sausage in a large skillet, seasoning with garlic salt and black pepper to taste. Drain and set aside.
-
Step 2Cut cheese into 2 inch cubes and put in non-stick sauce pan. Melt cheese over low to medium heat.
-
Step 3Add Rotel Tomatoes while cheese is melting.
-
Step 4Add ground beef and sausage and mix well.
-
Step 5If mixture is too thick, add a little milk to reach the desired thickness.
