Jane's Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 lbsirloin tip cut into small bite size pieces

3 bottleflour, or enough to flour beef tips

1/2 cchopped onions

1/2 cchopped celery
-
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
-
1 can(s)water
-
1 csour cream
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
·salt and pepper to taste

1 to 3 Tbspbutter for browning
How to Make Jane's Beef Stroganoff
- Cut beef into bite size pieces, roll in flour and brown in a large skillet with 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter.
- After browing beef remove from skillet and set aside
- Put a little more butter in skillet and then place chopped onions and celery in it and about 10 minutes at very low heat.
- After onion and celery are tenderized, add mushroom soup, water, sour cream and wors. sauce.
- Simmer about 5 minutes and then add beef back to skillet. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer all for at least 30 minutes and 3 to 4 hours for best results. Serve over rice or noodles.
