Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin tip cut into small bite size pieces
- 3 bottles flour, or enough to flour beef tips
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 3 tablespoons butter for browning
How To Make jane's beef stroganoff

Step 1Cut beef into bite size pieces, roll in flour and brown in a large skillet with 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter.

Step 2After browing beef remove from skillet and set aside

Step 3Put a little more butter in skillet and then place chopped onions and celery in it and about 10 minutes at very low heat.

Step 4After onion and celery are tenderized, add mushroom soup, water, sour cream and wors. sauce.

Step 5Simmer about 5 minutes and then add beef back to skillet. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6Simmer all for at least 30 minutes and 3 to 4 hours for best results. Serve over rice or noodles.
