Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- one 10 ounces can of beef broth
- one 41/2 ounces (with juice) mushrooms
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 medium chopped bell pepper
- 1/3 cup raw rice
- 1/4 cup water
- - salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
How To Make jambalaya rice cooker

Step 1Cook in rice cooker. When done stir in parsley and green onion tops. I put margarine and seasoning in first then meat and saute these a littele before adding other ingredients.

Step 2Note:May use shrimp,crab,crawfish,sausage or chicken in place og ground meat.If these have been cooked please adjust salt accordingly.
