These are quick, easy and very filling! You could also substitute sausage for the beef to make a nice breakfast jackpot. My husband loves these!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 can buttermilk biscuits
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make jackpots

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 deg. Brown ground beef with onions. Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar, set aside.

Step 2Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Place each biscuit into a muffin cup.

Step 3Spoon meat mixtuire over biscuits. Sprinkle with cheese and Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is brown.
