jackpots
(2 RATINGS)
My mom used to make this for our family when I was little . . . it's quick and easy, and perfect for that "summertime BBQ taste in the middle of the winter"! One of my dad's favorites! We would have this with a side salad and some green beans! YUMMO!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuits
- 1 1/2 cups favorite bbq sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cups shredded cheese (we prefer cheddar)
How To Make jackpots
-
Step 1Brown ground beef in skillet and drain fat.
-
Step 2Add BBQ sauce and brown sugar to browned ground beef, stirring until mixed well.
-
Step 3Line a greased (or sprayed) baking dish with biscuits, making sure to pinch them together to cover the bottom of the pan and up the sides.
-
Step 4Pour BBQ meat into prepared biscuits in baking dish.
-
Step 5Top with shredded cheese.
-
Step 6Bake according to directions on the biscuit can (usually 350 to 375 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes).
-
Step 7Cut into squares and serve. (They are actually really good heated up the next day if you have leftovers!)
