italian stroganoff

I found this one day looking at the back of packages in the grocery store. I was determined to find a new recipe. It is now one of my husbands favorites! I would like to try adding pepperoni and black olives. Sorry when I first posted this I forgot to include the cream cheese in the list of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 3 - green onions

How To Make italian stroganoff

  • Step 1
    Cook noodles according to the package. Brown meat in a large fry pan, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, and heat all together.
  • Step 2
    In a mixing bowl blend cream cheese, sour cream and onion. Blend in noodle/sauce/meat mixture. Pour into a buttered 3 quart casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with green salad & garlic bread. Enjoy!
