1Heat a large deep pan over medium heat, then add olive oil. If you are using the link sausage remove the skin and crumble into pan. Cook meats.

2Put meat back into pan after draining and reduce heat to low. Pour marinara over meat. Add oregano and red pepper, stir. simmer for 15-20 minutes until youhave a nice thick consistency. Taste for seasoning and adjust as you like.
3Put pepperoni and cheese onthe bun and then scoop desired amount of meat onto bun andserve.
