I made this one time and havent stopped in so many year cant remember how long its been,, there isnt anyone yet that hasnt loved it,, it also makes your home smell soooo good.. its really yummy and so easy to make, had a rest, in fl. and would sell 600 lbs a week or more.. so i cut it down on here for family and friend size.. enjoyyyyyyy

Ingredients

  • 6-8lb - bottom round pot roast
  • 1 can - beef broth
  • 2 pkgs - seven seas italian dressing mix,, (dry)

How To Make italian roast beef ,, yummmmmy

  • Step 1
    put in crock pot for 12 hrs.. cook at 250 degrees, we put ours in at 1pm and its ready the next day,, turning over before u go to bed,, and turn down to 200 degrees, serve on hard rolls and use the auju to dunk it in,, youll love it its just terrific
  • Step 2
    the next day what we do is add 2 pkgs of brown gravy mix,, make mashed potatoes, and serve it with a veggie.. its even better the second day
