italian roast beef sammie w/peppers & sour cream dressing
This is the latest of my entries for the Sandwiches, Sammiches & Sammies Challenge. Ingredients given were sour cream and banana peppers! It worked out well, I actually used a separate recipe for the sauce, then built the sammie around that. Some leftover sauce, using it on another sammie! Hope you'll take a look & make this...not difficult, but does take a little time...We think it was worth the wait! Even husband loved it...and he doesn't like mushrooms...lol
