How to Make Italian meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 375.In a large bowl add beef, soup mix, garlic powder, egg, bread crumbs and 1/2 of pasta sauce. Mix well. Divide meat mixture into two equal halves.
- Using a baking dish or loaf pan take first half of meat mixture and shape on the pan in desired shape, top with 1 cup of cheese. Top with second half of meat mixture (same shape as bottom)Cook on 375 for 35 minutes top with remaining sauce and remaining cheese, cook for another 5 minutes.
