Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 pound italian sausage, hot
- 2 large egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs, fresh
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons onion minced
- 1/3 cup parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes in oil chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons basil fresh
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
How To Make italian meatball

Step 1mix until well blended. shape into 1 1/2 inch balls

Step 2heat 2 tbsp oil, brown the meat balls, 5-7 minutes Or roast meatballs in a preheated 450 oven about 10 minutes Or you can simmer them in a tomato sauce
