Ingredients
-
5lbbeef rump roast / make slashes and stuff with garlic

5 cwater
-
5 Tbspbeef bouillon
-
1 mediumonion
-
2 Tbspmarjoram, thyme, oregano, worchester sauce, a few drops of hot sauce- more to taste

1garlic ( crushed)

·salt if taste like it has no spices
How to Make Italian beef
- Add more spices and if needed. All depends on your taste.
- Cook in slow cooker all night or in oven at 350 till meat falls apart about 3 to 4 hours. Serve on a hoagie buns or french bread and pepperino peppers.
- Longer it marinates the better it gets. FREEZES WELL!
