Ingredients
- 5lb - beef rump roast / make slashes and stuff with garlic
- 5 cups water
- 5 tablespoons beef bouillon
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons marjoram, thyme, oregano, worchester sauce, a few drops of hot sauce- more to taste
- 1 - garlic ( crushed)
- - salt if taste like it has no spices

Step 1Add more spices and if needed. All depends on your taste.

Step 2Cook in slow cooker all night or in oven at 350 till meat falls apart about 3 to 4 hours. Serve on a hoagie buns or french bread and pepperino peppers.

Step 3Longer it marinates the better it gets. FREEZES WELL!
