We love it. Then after we eat some we freeze the rest to have later. Depending you might want to add more spices then the recipe says.

Ingredients

  • 5lb - beef rump roast / make slashes and stuff with garlic
  • 5 cups water
  • 5 tablespoons beef bouillon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoons marjoram, thyme, oregano, worchester sauce, a few drops of hot sauce- more to taste
  • 1 - garlic ( crushed)
  • - salt if taste like it has no spices

How To Make italian beef

  • Step 1
    Add more spices and if needed. All depends on your taste.
  • Step 2
    Cook in slow cooker all night or in oven at 350 till meat falls apart about 3 to 4 hours. Serve on a hoagie buns or french bread and pepperino peppers.
  • Step 3
    Longer it marinates the better it gets. FREEZES WELL!
