- beef rump roast / make slashes and stuff with garlic

- 5 Tbsp
- beef bouillon
- 1 medium
- 2 Tbsp
- marjoram, thyme, oregano, worchester sauce, a few drops of hot sauce- more to taste
- garlic ( crushed)
- salt if taste like it has no spices
How to Make Italian beef
- 1Add more spices and if needed. All depends on your taste.
- 2Cook in slow cooker all night or in oven at 350 till meat falls apart about 3 to 4 hours. Serve on a hoagie buns or french bread and pepperino peppers.
- 3Longer it marinates the better it gets. FREEZES WELL!
