Ingredients
- 1 pound thin lean beef strips
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- - non-stick cooking spray
- 1 large yellow onion, halved, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces package of sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup zesty italian salad dressing
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 cup minute rice (brown or white, your preference)
- 6 - flour tortillas
- - light sour cream (optional)
How To Make italian beef wraps

Step 1Season meat with pepper. Spray large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add meat; cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.

Step 2Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, salad dressing and water to skillet. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover.

Step 3Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add meat mixture; stir. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture evenly onto tortillas and top with sour cream, if desired. Roll up.
