Italian Beef Wraps
Ingredients

1 lbthin lean beef strips

1/4 tspblack pepper

·non-stick cooking spray

1 largeyellow onion, halved, sliced

1 mediumgreen bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 mediumred bell pepper, thinly sliced

8 ozpackage of sliced mushrooms

3/4 czesty italian salad dressing
-
1 1/4 cwater
-
1 cminute rice (brown or white, your preference)

6flour tortillas

·light sour cream (optional)
How to Make Italian Beef Wraps
- Season meat with pepper. Spray large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add meat; cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, salad dressing and water to skillet. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add meat mixture; stir. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture evenly onto tortillas and top with sour cream, if desired. Roll up.
