thin lean beef strips
1/4 tsp
black pepper
non-stick cooking spray
1 large
yellow onion, halved, sliced
1 medium
green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium
red bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 oz
package of sliced mushrooms
3/4 c
zesty italian salad dressing
1 1/4 c
1 c
minute rice (brown or white, your preference)
flour tortillas
light sour cream (optional)

How to Make Italian Beef Wraps


  • 1Season meat with pepper. Spray large non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add meat; cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • 2Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, salad dressing and water to skillet. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover.
  • 3Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add meat mixture; stir. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Spoon meat mixture evenly onto tortillas and top with sour cream, if desired. Roll up.
