Ingredients

  • 3-4 pounds beef roast
  • 2 packages good seasons {dry} italian dressing mix
  • 12 ounces your chioce of liquid; water, beer,pepperocini juice
  • 1 can mushrooms [ optional}
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers{optinal]

How To Make italian beef sandwiches

  • Step 1
    Place roast in crock pot with liquid, seasoning mix and mushrooms and Pepperocini Peppers if using.Cook on low for 14 hrs.
  • Step 2
    Take roast out and shred with forks.Place meat back in crock pot and stir.
  • Step 3
    Place desired amount of meat on a hoagie roll.Can keep left overs in fridge for up to three days otherwise freeze left overs.
