Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 4-6 lb
    beef rump roast
  • 2-4 clove
  • 2 large
    onions, chopped
  • 4
    beef bouillon, cubes, melted in 1 cup hot water
  • 2 large
    green peppers sliced in thin strips
  • 1 c
    juice from mild banana peppers
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    everglade seasoning
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 8-10
    hard bread rolls
  • 12-16 slice
    provolone cheese

How to Make italian beef sandwiches


  1. Place all ingredients except green peppers in crock pot on high for 5 hours. After 5 hours add green peppers, cook for 3 more hours. After 8 hours shred beef with two forks. Place two slices of provolone cheese on hard bread roll and place under broiler for a few seconds, ( will burn very easily ). After heated and cheese is melted place desired amount of meat on cheese put banana peppers on top and enjoy.
  2. can brush hard bread rolls with butter before placing under broiler.
