Ingredients
- 4 pounds chuck roast
- 5 cups water
- 5 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 - bay leaves
- - salt and pepper
How To Make italian beef

Step 1Combine all ingredients in crock pot and simmer all day.

Step 2Pull roast apart using 2 forks (make sure to remove bones and fat and bay leaves).

Step 3Serve on french rolls, bratwurst buns, or any other type of roll or bun. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and/or pepper rings.
