Ingredients
- 3-4 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup pepperchinis or banana peppers
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 4-6 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 1 package dry italian salad dressing (hidden valley)
- 1 package round crusty rolls
How To Make italian beef

Step 1Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Slow cook for 8 hours. Break apart when roast cooks. Serve on rolls with provolone cheese slices

Step 2If you like a little spice, use pepperchinis. My family likes banana peppers so there is a little tang to it.
