My family LOVES this beef recipe. I always make 2 roasts and freeze it for later, but it never lasts that long!!!

Ingredients For italian beef

  • 3-4 lb
    beef chuck roast
  • 1 c
    pepperchinis or banana peppers
  • 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 4-6
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 1 pkg
    dry italian salad dressing (hidden valley)
  • 1 pkg
    round crusty rolls

How To Make italian beef

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Slow cook for 8 hours. Break apart when roast cooks. Serve on rolls with provolone cheese slices
  • 2
    If you like a little spice, use pepperchinis. My family likes banana peppers so there is a little tang to it.
