inside-out stuffed peppers

My family turned their noses up at stuffed bell peppers but I found a way around that with this recipe..lol This is a very simple recipe and really good.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 16 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Brown the meat and drain. Transfer to a greased baking dish and add the next 8 ingredients. Cover and bake for 1 hr or until rice is tender. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until the cheese is melted.
