inside-out brussel sprouts
This is a new recipe that my Neice gave me to try. She has 6 children and they all love it, sounds good. I think I will try it for Meet & Eat at church on the last Wednesday night of the month.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1 - onion (chopped)
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - 10 oz. packages frozen brussel sprouts
- 2 - 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
How To Make inside-out brussel sprouts

Step 1Mix first 6 ingredents, take about 1/4 cup of mixture and form around frozen brussel sprout place in a baking dish, continue until all is used and mix tomato sauce, water & thyme and pour over meatballs and cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
