i don't make this very often but when i do, it's always a hit with my family and there are never any leftovers!!!!!

Ingredients
- 8 - beef short ribs
- 1 cup scallions chopped
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed basil
- 1 jar hoison sauce
- 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
How To Make ingrid's hoison poison beef short ribs!!!!

Step 1pour beef broth and scallions in a crock pot and let simmer. brown beef short ribs in frying oil with meat side down until browned very well.

Step 2place beef short ribs in crock pot and put all spices into crock pot after you place ribs into crock pot. let cook for about 4 hrs. skim out alot of the juice that is in crock pot but use a strainer and pour scallions back into crock pot.

Step 3pour hoison sauce and worchestershire sauce into crock pot over short ribs. let cook about 2 more hrs or until tender and falling off the bone. Serve over steamed rice of any kind, and vegetables of your choise. Enjoy!!!
