1 cscallions chopped

3 cbeef broth

2 Tbspminced garlic

2 pinchblack pepper

1 Tbsppaprika

1 tspseason salt

1 tspcrushed basil

1 jar(s)hoison sauce

2 Tbspworchestershire sauce
How to Make Ingrid's Hoison Poison Beef Short Ribs!!!!
- pour beef broth and scallions in a crock pot and let simmer. brown beef short ribs in frying oil with meat side down until browned very well.
- place beef short ribs in crock pot and put all spices into crock pot after you place ribs into crock pot. let cook for about 4 hrs. skim out alot of the juice that is in crock pot but use a strainer and pour scallions back into crock pot.
- pour hoison sauce and worchestershire sauce into crock pot over short ribs. let cook about 2 more hrs or until tender and falling off the bone. Serve over steamed rice of any kind, and vegetables of your choise. Enjoy!!!
