Meat loaf can be pretty same ol same ol but not this one. I guarantee this is the one you've been looking for. It's great the next day for sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1 c
    dry bread crumbs (i use flavored crumbs)
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    minced onion
  • 1/4 each tsp
    pepper, dry mustard, sage. celery salt, garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make Incredible Meat Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat Oven 350o
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. For better browning, shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serve hot or cold.
    For catsup topped meat loaf spread 3 tablespoons of catsup on top of meatloaf on top before baking.
