Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 - eggs

How To Make impossibly easy cheeseburger pie

Step 1

Heat overn to 400 F. Spray or grease 9" pie plate. Brown Beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.

Step 2

Stir remaining ingredients with a fork in bowl until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Step 3

Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
