I made this for dinner just the other night it was pretty good. It was a recipe my mom used to make when we were kids. My mom used to serve it with taco fixings, like lettuce tomato, sour cream and taco sauce.

How to Make Impossible Cheeseburger Pie


  1. Heat oven to 400*
  2. Cook beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in greased 9 inch pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Stir remaining ingredients with fork till blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes or till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8
