Ingredients
- 3 cups beef, cooked, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 3 - tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 5 - eggs
- 1 1/4 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Step 1Heat oven to 350.

Step 2Grease a 13x9x2\" baking dish.

Step 3Layer beef, onion, celery, tomatoes and cheese in dish.

Step 4Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with electric mixer on high.

Step 5Pour into dish.

Step 6Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-50 minutes.
