Ingredients

  • 3 cups beef, cooked, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 3 - tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 5 - eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

How To Make impossible beef and tomato pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Grease a 13x9x2\" baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Layer beef, onion, celery, tomatoes and cheese in dish.
  • Step 4
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with electric mixer on high.
  • Step 5
    Pour into dish.
  • Step 6
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-50 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Cool 5 minutes.
  • Step 8
    Garnish with parsley sprigs if desired.
