How to Make Hungarian Goulash

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut one pound of steak in small cubes and fry until brown in plenty of lard. Add and brown four onions cut in small pieces. Then add an d partly brown four large potatoes, cubed. Cover with water. Bring to a boil and thicken with Larkin Corn Starch. Salt and pepper to taste. Submitted by Mrs Elsie Nelson, Ft. Dodge, Iowa.
