- 1 pound beef round steak
- 4 large onions, cut in small pieces
- 4 large potatoes, cubed
How To Make hungarian goulash

Step 1Cut one pound of steak in small cubes and fry until brown in plenty of lard. Add and brown four onions cut in small pieces. Then add an d partly brown four large potatoes, cubed. Cover with water. Bring to a boil and thicken with Larkin Corn Starch. Salt and pepper to taste. Submitted by Mrs Elsie Nelson, Ft. Dodge, Iowa.
