This is a good low carb dip, when I make it I omit the onions and use Half and Half instead of milk to lower the carb count further. This is very good with celery sticks :)

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp
    butter
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 4 Tbsp
    milk- i use half & half
  • 5 oz
    dried beef, minced--rinse before using
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 4 tsp
    onions, minced

How to Make Hot Virginia Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Saute pecans in butter and set aside
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
  3. Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish (sprayed with Pam)
  4. Top with pecans
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until bubbly
