This is a good low carb dip, when I make it I omit the onions and use Half and Half instead of milk to lower the carb count further. This is very good with celery sticks :)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 tablespoons milk- i use half & half
  • 5 ounces dried beef, minced--rinse before using
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons onions, minced

How To Make hot virginia dip

  • Step 1
    Saute pecans in butter and set aside
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly
  • Step 3
    Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish (sprayed with Pam)
  • Step 4
    Top with pecans
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until bubbly
