This is a good low carb dip, when I make it I omit the onions and use Half and Half instead of milk to lower the carb count further. This is very good with celery sticks :)
Ingredients

1 cchopped pecans
-
2 tspbutter
-
16 ozcream cheese softened
-
4 Tbspmilk- i use half & half
-
5 ozdried beef, minced--rinse before using

1 tspgarlic salt
-
1 csour cream
-
4 tsponions, minced
How to Make Hot Virginia Dip
- Saute pecans in butter and set aside
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish (sprayed with Pam)
- Top with pecans
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until bubbly
