hot virginia dip
This is a good low carb dip, when I make it I omit the onions and use Half and Half instead of milk to lower the carb count further. This is very good with celery sticks :)

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 4 tablespoons milk- i use half & half
- 5 ounces dried beef, minced--rinse before using
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 teaspoons onions, minced
How To Make hot virginia dip

Step 1Saute pecans in butter and set aside

Step 2Mix all ingredients thoroughly

Step 3Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish (sprayed with Pam)

Step 4Top with pecans

Step 5Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until bubbly
